Location • Lifestyle + Still Life
This project was about finding a way to shoot something essentially invisible — how advertising moves through everyday life from phone to tablet to laptop to TV. Shot over two days at a single location in Los Angeles, it was all about creating variety within one space while balancing a high shot count.
The goal was to make the technology feel naturally embedded in people’s lives rather than staged around the devices themselves. I wanted the scenes to feel absorbed and lived in — moments with friends, family, work, and entertainment where the screen was part of the rhythm of the scene, not the entire focus. The location gave us a lot to work with: good light, flexible pockets to move through, and enough variation to keep the imagery expansive while still feeling cohesive.
